For each run, I tasked myself with remembering one thing that stood out to me. I then created a simplified line-based diagram of what I saw. An index of each run and of each diagram is provided at the rear of the book.

The book begins with an introductory essay that sets the tone for the project and establishes the book as a take on a visual essay. Currently, I am in the process or making further edits and re-printing the book.
